xsara picasso 1.6 HDI - clutch and DMF - fudge123

I have a 2004 1.6 hdi picasso that has clutch judder in first and reverse the car has done 133000 miles but drives brilliantly should i change the clutch and DMF

You might be able to stop it juddering by giving it a bit of a work out, nothing to violent but holding it on the clutch on a hill for about 10 or 15 seconds or pulling away in a high gear. I have 'smothed out' a number of clutches doing that.
