C3 picasso exclusive - internal lighting - old gordon

I have recently taken delivery of a new C3 picasso exclusive, and when I open any door

the internal lights do not come on. Is this a fault or just a matter of adjustment. I have never come across this in any car I have ever had. There is no mention of this in the manual.

A few options here.Either the system is switched off ,on roof switch or dash menu,The lights only come on when it is dark,or there is a fault in the system.

Now there's a whole layer of pointless complexity just waiting to fail!

Will 5 watts of lighting kill that many polar bears??? :-/

On Peugeot cars you can enable or disable interior lights by hoping in the button on the courtesy light for 5 seconds. Could be worth trying that.

On mine you can turn it on and off via switch on front roof courtesy light
