Hi I'm hoping someone here may be able to help me or has come across this problem with one of these vans.

I have recently bought a 2011 relay from a citroen dealer, after buying it I organised a local security company to insttall an alarm for me as it didnt have one fitted, the alarm is an Autowatch 695,

When the installer was fitting it he couldnt get it to work and seemed to think there was something not right with the van's can bus, I returned the van to the dealer who said they checked the bsi for faults but only found something relating to a flat battery, The ecu was set to park mode so they changed it to customer mode and configered it for an alarm

after getting the van back the alarm installer tried to fit the alarm again but said it still won't work!! and he doent know what else to try.
