Ford fiesta 1.4 2002 - Car radio - joe1965
I have a 4 digit radio code that I got from yourselves, but my stereo is now saying locked. What can I do to unlock it.

Could be wrong code,wrongly entered ,incorrect serial number .Does the display show code 10 ? can you confirm the serial number by pulling forward the radio?I would suspect that if the display shows locked,than the wrong codes have been put in at least 10 attempts.

What I did, rather silly really. Before I got the serial number yesterday, I had tried through frustration to just add random codes and didn't realise that each time it was an attempt and now after 10 attempts is is displaying locked and no matter what buttons I press, nothing is changing. It is defo the right serial no though.

You may get one last chance by using the following procedure

Ignition on ; radio off; Press and hold preset button 6; radio on. Hopefully this will give you one last chance to enter the correct code.If this fails,then the radio is totally locked and can only be unlocked electronically by radio specialist.
