Just changed my address with my insurance company, (now in 3rd year with them and staying competitive, and also have house insurance with them, which is also still competitive, and surprised to be told " NO CHARGE" for change of address. premium dropped at last change of adress and this time, on return to old adress, no extra premium either, or admin charge.

I seem to remember our Purchasing Department said the cost of raising a purchase order was about £30. (That was back in the days before we sent computer delivery schedules to suppliers by internet.)

My last insurance company charged me £52 admin fee to change the address, That was the last business they got from me.

The funny part was, when I told him it was a bit steep he said "count yourself lucky, some companies charge £53"
