The only advice I can offer is this suggestion, which I have taken from another thread on the subject of radio codes. This post was originally created by elekie&a/c doctor:
The correct code for this radio is 7437 .However,the fact that locked 10 is displayed could be a problem.Try this method first.Turn off radio;Press and hold preset #6;Turn on radio;this may give you one last attempt at correct code entry.If this does not work,then you will need to take the unit to a specialist radio unlock techie.
