Ford Main Dealer can probably do it from the registration number but will charge £££££'s for doing so!

Tell Daughter to try pressing buttons 1 and 6 together, or 2 and 5, which sometimes works to give the serial number.

Serial Number will be in the form M123456 or V123456

where 123456 is a six digit chain.
