Ford Fiesta - Car radio locked - ells

Hi, I have just brought a Ford Fiesta for my daughter, the radio is saying Locked 13. It is a 4000 RDS serial no M040387. Can anyone help please? Thank you.

The correct code for this radio is 4914 .However,the fact that locked 13 is displayed could be a problem.Try this method first.Turn off radio;Press and hold preset #6;Turn on radio;this may give you one last attempt at correct code entry.If this does not work,then you will need to take the unit to a specialist radio unlock techie.

Thank you for your reply. I tried holding the 6 button for 20 seconds but it still said locked 13.
