Then you need to post the serial number of your radio.

Found from the stick-on label on the casing of the radio, or, you can try pressing buttons 1 and 6 together which sometimes gives the serial number. Buttons 2 and 5 sometimes gives a result, too.

Without the serial number you can't go any further towards obtaining a code, I'm afraid.

Hi, I had to disconnect the battery on my 2004 Mondeo and when I reconnected it I entered the code in the handbook but it didn't work. I've now bought some radio keys and found that the serial number on the radio is different so I presume the radio has been changed. Would anybody please be able to give me the code for my radio which is a 6000CD serial number M041765. Thanks.
