Peugeot Expert - Van won't start - mervyn 1984
Hi can anyone help me I got a 1999 expert van I was driving and it just cut out there int getting no diesel to the fuel filter but it will start if I put diesel in the filter then cuts out again I even was pushing the manual pump on the filter but it don't pump no diesel up

Have you had the fuel pump checked, mounted in the tank usually.

If it's got a manual pump it probably doesn't have an in-tank pump.

Either there is a blockage in the fuel line or air is getting in.

It most likely the latter & could be the manual pump itself that is letting in air.

All I no it's a 1.9 D don't think it's a hdi
