sometimes, if you cannot afford high cost in yout local area, you then better purchasec online. I had several pieces of diagnostic equipment ordered on a online eshop, price is much cheaper than local repair shop, pay via Paypal which is safe. They provides technical support as well. That made me feel better.

Of course, we all do, Amazon, ebay etc. Why pay lots more for a memory card?

Do I buy food stuffs online? No chance, except for tea from China.

I bought an adaptor for my phone in china once,

I'll never do that again. It almost financially ruined me, cause it was a fake shop and they took lots of money from my account. finally I got all money back, but what a week! when I buy on websites I've never heard of now I check them. I found this website - a whois domain lookup. There you can check the current registrant and give them a call first or what ever. I've got a better feeling when I check it before buying!

Seems like my post was editet, so I just wan to mention that I check website sellers via a whois domain lookup from 1and1. I think it's really important at christmas time to know where you spend your money.

Google 'chauffeur services', it seems you can hire a chauffeur (posh word for driver) but I suspect this will be a costly exercise.

There are, of course, agencies that have LGV drivers on their books who I'm sure would be more than capable of driving cars and probably have smart suits in their wardrobe if required. Not sure what the agency would charge but double figures per hour for sure.
