hi, that's the number I have on the paperwork but it's not working for some reason? Any ideas?

Then someone must have changed the radio at some time, then. Or, alternatively, the handbook and paperwork that you have didn't originally belong to your car.

You need to pull the radio out of the dashboard a small amount so that you can read the white sticky label which will have the serial number printed on it.

Then post again with this new serial number.
