I have used the find a car facility on HJ,s website and noted the online brokers results appear usually towards the top of the page ( because of the advertised price)

I wonder does anyone know if these online car buying site that appear are regulated or members of any retail type organisation. ?

Is there league table here that shows good/bad custoner experiences ?
