FORD - S-Max or Galaxy - sparky100

Hi, just thinking of changing my 2001 VW Sharen 1.9 TDI for a newer S-Max or Galaxy TDI, does anyone have any opinions on what they think is best, ie. maintaince / fuel comsumption / insurance / values. Thanks. Sparky100.

FORD - S-Max or Galaxy - Happy Blue!

S-Max is slightly shorter and lower for the rear two seats. Otherwise fairly similar. S-Max likely to be a little faster, more economical and better to drive. I have an S-max and struggle to know what to replace it with, even if I wanted only two seats let alone seven. I love it.

Smax is the more popular, and I expect will hold its value better.

Neither have as much practical space as the car you have. SMax considerably less so. Test drive to decide.
