the front wipers have stopped working on my c-max. I have replaced the motor and linkage with a second hand unit (that was sold as working) Is there a way to test if the motors are ok with a meter?

The fuse is fine and the relay clicks when I press the wiper stick on the steering column.

I assume then that this is an electrical fault, but where to start?

I disconnected the battery and unplugged each connector from the internal fuseboard and reconnected to check for loose connections, but nothing there.

I cannot see any relays on the interal fusebaord. Are they contained within it?

Is there a way to identify and test the wires that control the wiper motor? I know which fues it is in the fuseboard.

Would really appreciate any help you could offer.
