You need to give the serial number of the radio.

On a label on the top or side of radio case, you will need to pull it out of the dashboard sufficiently to be able to read the label.

Alternatively, some say that pressing buttons 1 and 6, or 2 and 5 will display the serial number on the LCD display.

Can't do anything more without the serial number, I'm afraid.
