Vauxhall Astra G 1999 - Trouble with valve to heater matrix - Hulta

The heating to the car does not work.

It comes a ticking noise about 10 times per second, when I turn on the ignition.

The sound change when I turn the heating-regulator in the car.

The sound remains when the engine runs, and stops first when ignition is turned off.

In all other ways the car works normally.

I have tried to clean the cooling-system, but without success.

What can I do about this?
