VW Golf mk VI 1.6TDi - Space saver tyre pressure - ah207

The inside fuel-cap flap lists the recoomended tyre pressure range for all main tyres (between 2.1 and 2.7 bar). I can´t find the recommended value for the space saver spare though. Anyone know - and can tell me where to look ?

It should be stamped on the tyre, or on the label.

I think you will find the pressure stamped on the side of the tyre,around 60 psi,if I recall.

All spacesavers I have had have been 60 psi. Bit of a b***** really, my pressure gauge does not go that high to check them.

Found it - right where I should have looked all along - on the side of the tyre itself. Dóh!!

Says 4 Bar - which roughly equates to the 60psi started in your replies. Quite a difference from the normal sized tyres (almost double in fact) - but that´s something for me to read up about.
