After much agonising over what dog friendly car to buy i finally put a deposit down on a 2 year old CRV petrol automatic.

Having read all the reviews i found the car to be smooth, pretty good on acceleration and very comfortable. Sure the plastics are so, so inside but it did feel a great car and very spacious. Pick-up in about a week.

I was wondering if anyone has any experience of this car and any tips for what to watch out for, such as, oil top up, brakes etc as some reviews mention that the car can use a bit of oil and can be a little heavy on brakes, but i'm assuming some of that might be down to driving style as well.
