The Eolys computer hasn't been reset properly. I think it may only be able to be reset by the generic Pergeot dealer software. The Eolys should still pump ok but you will get the message & beep.

Hi

Thanks for the positive reply the system was reset by a snap on 2000 computer it also done the re gen the Tec ws a BMW Tec reading many feed backs it could be the gloat in the tank which appoyrantly goes wrong regulary or the ecu but the only thing showing on the 2000 computer is the low fluid

I don't think there is a float in the Eolys tank. The ECU keeps a tally of the amount of fluid it has injected, so knows when it is getting low. That's why the ECU needs resetting when the Eolys tank is re-filled.

A shot of additive is injected into the fuel system every time the car is filled up - there are sensors on the fuel cap. So that's why its always a good idea to fill up with half a or a full tank at a time.

The car's ECU can be reset by anyone with the Lexia equipment, there's a quite a good network of Peugeot owners and amateur diagnostics specialists with the equipment.

There's a map of them here:
