I have acitroen jumpy 2001 2.0 hdi that refuse to start

Ihave checked with lexia and have just one faultcode

Preheat relay short circuit

I have Changed loom in enginebay from a working car

Have tried with hp pump from same car even injectors

Even tried ecu and immoblizer/transponder

Lexia says ihave 300 bar fuel pressure in rail on cranking Still no starting
