MPVs - best versatile MPVs - Johanna

I am looking for an MPV that does the following:

1) Is economical to run as a daily use car (school run, work, holidays).

2) Can be used as an occasional camper/ seats fold flat to form a double bed.

3) Seats fold away to carry stuff as one would in a small van.

It doesn't need to be a huge car but versatile in the ways mentioned above.Can anyone recommend anything?

You'll also need to include any hatchbacks and estates where the seats fold flat - as they also fulfill the other requirements.
