HAS ANYONE OUT THERE DITCHED THEIR EXTRAORDINARILY EXPENSIVE RUN FLATS ON A JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE SRT 8 (2006) AND REPLACED THEM WITH CONVENTIONAL TYRES AND IF SO WHAT TYRES WERE THEN FITTED AND WERE THERE ANY RIDE OR ROAD HANDLING PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED??

You do not have to shout at everybody,run flats on 4x4s are there for a reason which is to stop it from turning over in the case of a puncture.

I read the original question one would either assume you are rude or do not know how to use a keyboard I gave you the benifit of the doubt.If you cannot afford the recommended tyres for your car then you are unfortunatly on a bit of a shoestring budget.Runflats are used for a reason and not using the manufacturers recomendations have insurance implications .

Instead of unnecessarily snapping back at Collos, perhaps Mr SRT might explain just why he chose to ask his whole question in upper case? If he had stopped to read some of the moderators' suggestions before asking, he could have avoided the confrontation. It's just a convention of E-comms that UPPER CASE means a SHOUT.
