Going down the motorway, all dash lights came on all gauges went to zero, no feel on the accelerator no revs showing but engine was still on, I stopped and turned the engine off, but

couldn't restart it. starter motot not turning over. 15 minutes later it started. Fuel filter changed. Now it starts sometimes and doesn't at other times. Help.
