My wife bought her Honda Jazz CVT-7 six years ago, when it was 12 months old. It has been an excellent car, with no problems until three months ago when we noticed a period of vibration during acceleration from rest. The car was due for its annual service, so we mentioned the vibration to the dealer, Honda Avondale of Stratford. We were told that the vibration was a known issue and Avondale applied to Honda UK for some goodwill. Everything was subsequently replaced free of charge, which is pretty good on a car that’s almost seven years old.
