Same scenario here-first time the local dealers have put one in-we got it put in 2 days ago and are still trying to fathom out the channels. We have followed all instructions to the letter and are both computer and car controls savvy but this is defeating us-either that or our expectations were too high for Ford!

Did you get anywhere with yours or did you give up in the end? As it's the first fitting at our dealers we reckon they won't be a lot of help -goodness knows it took them all day to sort themselves out over missing parts etc in the first place even though it had been ordered a week previously. The leaflet is probably about as brief as they could make it but it is very long winded and we got really frustrated with it.

Would appreciate any tips you can offfer other than smack it with a hammer!
