There is a connection via USB port in the glove box to the Sony dab radio. I tried connecting my iPhone and the radio recognizes the track name and number but no sound comes out. Can anyone help?

Our galaxy does the same. Try plugging a jack plug cable in at the same time as the USB and this should work (does on ours). Ford sell a cable to go from iPod/iPhone which splits to a USB and jack plug. Seperates work just as well from my experience.
