In Scotland .

In a private shopping car park.

I entered car park and noticed guy in high vis. I then drove around to find a empty space. The guy follows me.

Upon trying to parallel park( not driven for a few months) I noticed said guy standing staring in my window. As there was tree work being done I thought he was a worky passing by , but it was a bit concerting to have him keep looking at me through 3 long attempted parallel parking.

I opened my window and stated I hadnt parked for a while, to which he replied " Are you going to be parking".

He proceeded around my car after I innocently stated yes and started writing out a ticket. My car is half parked with its front still out, engine on and me still trying to reverse park.

So I stopped the car , engine still running and confronted the " parking attendant.

I have it all on video . When I ask if he is writing my cars details on his parking ticket he said yes that i have not paid for parking before. It must be about 6 months since I actually drove

He writes out ticket, even though I state to him I haven't even parked yet.

He then states he is giving ticket to his centre management. And trots off.

Total intimidation from a man to a woman.

This was intimidation and bullying as all he needed to do was give a ticket if I walked away and did not put ticket on car.

Any advice.

Spoke to his lower boss, who sounded like he couldn't give a fig.
