Unless it's on the options list you'd need to get it re trimmed by a specialist, not cheap I would of thought.

Definitely not cheap. The only simple way to get the interior you prefer is to order it in a new car, where everything is factory-made to fit the car. Taking all the seats (and perhaps door trims to match) and retrimming them will never look quite as good, even done by a good specialist.

An alternative but difficult plan might be to find an interior you like in a sorapyard, but that could take years .... I don't know whether a Toyota dealer would consider arranging to have the interior of a nearly-new car replaced with one you prefer from the factory ?
