Hi,
Greetings to everyone on the AskHJ forum there's always a really good
buzz among the contributors and topics under discussion.
My Question
Where do you buy spare entries for a service schedule. I just successfully
put my little Czech star through her 4th yearly service with no major worry or concerns on my vehicle since it's previous service.
Unbeknown to me my usually mechanic who does the paperwork there was no space free
on the current schedule.
I did look on Ebay for a schedule book, is that an acceptable source to purchase a genuine service schedule, would the service originating from Ebay be acceptable for the next owner we're I to sell the vehicle?
Lastly, why doesn't manufacturers or motor traders offer these on a concessionary basis, surely legitimate documentation is paramount if they were to accept PartExch, or outright buy a used, or Logged mileage vehicle.
It is paper after all, is there a bottom line on car sellers forking out on paper for clients and customers.
Apologies if it came across terse in the last sentence, look forward to hearing your constructive answers. Have a peaceful, delightful Christmas and New Year.
