Quite funny that the Sun article in the link features pictures of three different Porsche models, none of which have the single centre bolt.

I wouldn't worry too much about this inconvenience. The models affected are the most hardcore versions. Given that, and the price these cars cost, it would be fair to assume owners will have at least two other cars at their disposal.
