2019 BMW 2 Series 220i Gran Lux Tourer - Squeaking/rattle from dashboard/windscreen area - challenger54

Have recently developed the above noise traced to the nearside front of the vehicle dashboard/ windscreen area.

Have tried WD silicone spray with no luck.

Can anyone assist before I speak to the dealer who was non BMW.

Is it possibly on the outside of the car ? Base of the windscreen near the wipers ??
