Fabia Estate v Kamiq - Fabia Estate v Kamiq - Ched86

Hi,

I'm looking at these 2 cars and can't really work out the difference in terms of pro's/con's. Does anyone have any real world experience with them - good or bad? I assume the Kamiq is slightly higher and has slightly more room in the back (smaller boot size but came volume with the seats down).

Any insights, much appreciated!

Basically, my ideal car is still the Yeti, the boxy shape was ideal.

Was in a similar situation last year. Ended up with a Skoda Scala 1.0 tsi 115. Essentially the same as a Kamiq just the car version same platform . Scala is lightly longer than the Kamiq with a bigger boot. Very happy with it good on petrol and no issues. Scala slightly cheaper than Kamiq if buying second hand. Definitely worth a look.

Between the two, I'd take the Kamiq because I prefer a higher seating position, and bcause the extra rear seat space would be more useful to me than the bigger boot of the Fabia estate.

Because of this, I'd also have a Scala over a Fabia estate

I have a Fabia estate - 16 reg 1.2 petrol.

Boot is massive - not much smaller than our Berlingo - but at the cost of a serious lack of leg space in the back.
