Citroen c3 picasso versus c4 - Compatability of timing sprocket locking tools - strickjumpers

Hello.

I'm taking the cylinder head off my citroen c3 petrol 2010.

Trying to source timing sprocket locking tools.

Having difficulty and can only find for c4..and mini 1.4.

Nit sure if they would be identical.. (vvti)..

Can anyone please advise.

Plenty of timing kits on E bay that cover the Prince engine . Confirm what you need by checking the engine code . Any reason for removing the cylinder head ?

I can confirm that the Daihatsu Charade workshop manual instructions to use a screwdriver are not compatible with reality.

I used a lashing, which can almost work.Wire might have worked a bit better

Well worth getting a tool if there is one,
