Any help please

Car serviced Feb 2024 full service and service reset

Noticed service warning light come on on dashboard

Had a diagnostic test no faults on car at all but couldn't reset

The service light when you start the car up it goes to a service spanner

Icon on dashboard then you should hold button on stalk on steering

then it should go off for some reason it changes to another

Icon on the dashboard so you cant reset any help be much appreciated hopefully you understand

As the car is based on a Renault, the “service “ light can also be a malfunction indicator light . Have all electronic systems been checked for any stored fault codes?
