What a curious question. UK imports and exports hundreds of thousands of cars each year. Cuba doesn't make cars so imports them from all over the place, especially the far east. But not from the UK. I wonder why.......

Cuba imports only a few cars with massive import duties and probably corruption involved. I understand they are mainly for the elite - politicians, doctors, business managers etc.
The average Cuban has no more chance of buying a new car than a UK average wage earner driving a new Aston Martin.
They don't buy from the UK because we are too expensive. Most legal Cuba car imports come from China - I assume the Chinese government is happy to subsidise them in the interests of developing longer term economic relationships.
