I think this one would be DV5 with subsequent letters dependent on power output but that's on no more authority than Wikipedia.

This is a re-baged Citroen Berlingo / Peugeot Partner so it will be the DV5 engine, derivative varies depending on power and Euro compliance spec. Parts order will be just off the reg which suppliers cross reference to the VIN.
