Depends on what quality of finish the OP is looking for.
The chips away type repair is what a dealer would do - makes the car look good, but a year or two down the line, the paint may be lifting. My son had this type of repair done to all four fairly shabby wheels a couple of years ago. Job was done without removing the wheels - £200. At the time, a proper job, removing the tyres, blasting back to bare metal and painting was in excess of £100 per wheel.
