Came upon this interesting clip from Fully Charged with Robert Llewellyn chatting to the (Australian) owner of a 2018 Tesla Model S which has done over 700,000km!.
No, it isn't on its original battery, but the reason for the replacement wasn't because the original had degraded beyond being viable. No, it was replaced because a (software?) fault developed when it got to 666,666km!.
Front pads needed doing at 460,000km............
