General Consumer Law forced agreements - Refunds and Agreements not to discuss - Liu2

Hi,

I signed up to a course bit for various reasons it's not gone to plan and a dispute with the supplier had.

They have offered a partial refund, then after agreeing to that now want me.to sign an agreement not to talk about it or the reasons why I got it.

Can they do that?

They are probably just trying to discourage you from giving an unfavourable (online) review. If you are happy with the refund then, unless there are particular reasons that mean you don’t want to be silenced, then just sign.
