Without having a look I would guess there may be plenty of others about, even now.
There are, when you factor in the C1 and Aygo. It may well be that few others of that age are as well maintained, but is that going to justify a higher price?. They are simple and reliable cars with little to go wrong after all.
Looking on Autotrader, the dearest 2011 Peugeot 107 (excluding auto) is £4995. But for that same £5k, I could get a 2017 Peugeot 108 or Citroen C1 or a 2016 Toyota Aygo (no ins write-offs, max 80k miles).
A 2011 car will be after the first of two (minor) facelifts the 107 had before being replaced by the 108 in 2014. Using the same criteria as mentioned above, 108's kick off at £3995. So the OP will need to price the car carefully.
