I personally think "quiet" is a lot better.

I have got a 2012 1.2 tdi Seat Ibiza and have gone to great lengths to make it loud. As of this afternoon it now has a hornet exhaust back box, dpf delete and decat so it is virtually straight through. Yet, it still remains very quiet. What the hell can I do to make it loud? Don’t mind doing some redneck/dodgy stuff to get there I just want a nicer sound

Take the turbo off, the short exhaust manifold and blending of all pipes together reduces the pressure variation - ah, the problem is that'll remove all your power and torque.

The practical problem is that it's only a 1.2 engine.
