No V5... what's the deal?! - Starman999

I sometimes see used cars advertised on Facebook Marketplace that have no V5. Assuming the car has not been reported stolen, is there any particular risk associated with purchasing such a vehicle?

Why would a seller not have the V5? it seems that the sellers of these cars are traders of some sort...
