Yes, Kias are considered good, reliable cars. Diesels perhaps less than petrol, but I presume you want a diesel? As it's seven years old, it's probably just coming out of warranty and the seller is getting rid. They're probably getting another Kia. Check that it has the Kia service history for the whole period.

They’re generally good news, but as with any modern DPF equipped diesel there’s plenty to go wrong. Unless you’re doing regular longer runs and at least 15,000 miles a year stick with the petrol models and I’d avoid the complex automated manual gearboxes. The one thing that kills them is underbody rust, so get underneath for a good look before buying.
