Peugeot 306 S16 - heater matrix connector assembly - harrymc

Hello

I have scoured the interwebs looking for a heater matrix connector assembly (Haynes words).

Some time ago, when the heat exchanger bulkhead fittings cracked and leaked, our mechanic looped the heater out and put aside the connector.

I have found the heater matrix on-line but wondered if the connector is still available as a spare. I am in Australia but the best suppliers for right hand drive Pug parts look to be the UK.

The Peugeot P/N would be helpful if anyone has it. I also assume the connector for the S16 (1995) is the same for all right hand drive 306s.

I think you may struggle to get a new connector as the car has been out of production for 20 years. I don't think it matters if the car is left or right drive. Probably a good idea to join one of the Peugeot forums and ask the question there. The bulkhead fitting is unique, and I cant see that anything else can be used.

If you want to know a part number I suggest you contact the chairman of Club Peugeot UK, who should be able to help. He may even know of a source, even in Oz :-)
