Just run in for one of them. One of my old regular customers ran an E7 Peugeot Hackney with the old 8v 2.0 HDi motor that had over 950,000 miles on the original engine before it was taken off taxi duties due to i****ic and environmentally damaging council age regulations. It ran well, only a wee puff of blue smoke on gear changes gave it away. It was meticulously maintained but 500k plus wasn’t unusual on these. The later 16v versions weren’t as robust. I had a good wee trade selling them when the local taxi owners were done with them. I had a contact in Manchester who paid good money for them, far better than they could get locally, for which I took a nice wee fee. It was easy money.
