Hyundai Santa Fe 2007 Diesel - Hyundai Santa Fe 2007 Not always starting - Tscott81

Hi.

The issue has been at random times. It sometimes won't start. Had new battery fitted. Alternator checked. Mechanic checked starter motor. Not sure what the issue is.

I had it three times in one day, then nothing for almost a week.

I took a video to see if anyone could understand the sound. The chuckle a few seconds in is my two-year old kid, not the car lol.

It’s not the battery or starter motor. Likely to be related to the fuel injection system . Time to get some diagnostic carried out .

It’s not the battery or starter motor. Likely to be related to the fuel injection system . Time to get some diagnostic carried out .

First time it happened fuel was low (I don't normally cut it that close but was late for work). I put the first instance down that and perhaps damage caused.
