Ford Ka - Incorrect radio code

Ford Ka - Incorrect radio code - N Taylor
Hi

We’ve recently bought our daughter her first car. It’s a Ford Ka 2011.

It’s a lovely little car, however, the radio doesn’t work and the code given to us with the car doesn’t work.

The radio is a Fiat B420 Low and the serial number is 5230282232231004204335.

There are other numbers on the label but none work when we put them in to the code generators online.

Apart from an expensive visit to Ford, is there any other way of getting the code?

Thanks for the reply - it’s a bit of a funny one really. The radio itself is in a Ford ka but says Fiat low b420. It doesn’t seem to say delphi anywhere.
There is also the number 7354765230 if that’s any use for anyone?!

Your Ford Ka is really just a Fiat 500 in disguise, it was actually built in a Fiat factory - that's why it has a Fiat audio unit in it.
