Ford Fiesta - Hill Start Assist - Will Rose

My 2019 Fiesta at random "unticks" the box for hill start assist. When reset the system works fine. Is this a known fault and is there a computer upgrade available?

Perhaps the system is detecting a fault and shutting down operation of the hill assist . Car under warranty?
