Can any body help with error code p1460 crossed the pins on the relay and everything works as it should changed the relay for a brand new one still not working any help would ne appreciate

What’s wrong with the car ? Description of the actual fault may give us more info to work with. Where is this relay ?

No air con its been fully regassed but it keeps throwing the p1460 which is the wide open throttle a/c cutoff off circuit crossed pins on relay r3 and everything worked as it should

You may have the wrong relay . How many pins does it have ?

It's a 4 pin genuine ford relay

I’m sure the wot relay is a 5 pin . That’s why it doesn’t work correctly.

Just swapped it out for a 5 pin had a spare just incase and no difference

In your original post , you said if 2 pins are jumped the ac works , but can you turn off the ac with the bridge wire in place ?

Unfortunately the mechanic never checked that I assume so

I would never assume anything. The garage needs to recheck circuit operation. The wot relay is normally closed relay, so power will flow through it with no circuit active . Giving full throttle the relay is opened by the engine ecu and thus no ac pump . Have the fuses been checked?
